Flooding is not covered by standard property insurance. Contact your insurance agent for flood insurance information. Property owners can insure buildings and contents, and renters can insure their possessions. Elevation certificates may be on file at the Sacramento County Department of Water Resources.

Remember, you do not have to live in a floodplain to qualify for flood insurance. According to FEMA, 30 percent of flood claims are not located within a SFHA.

Some half dead guys are even wondering what are they doing here? Still looking for a place to live on earth :-) Do i want to be a one and a half dead guy amongst a billion or a half dead amongst the millions? Don't know where the dead body would like to go though :-)))))))))))) Your half dead friend is still breathing the air here with no greenery ($$) in sight, but didn't know sometimes the air becomes green when it's not available.

I think those that live closest to the rivers and creeks should be paying more into the freaking mosquito abatement, LMAO. You are probably contributing to the population of mosquitos than we are (but we probably pay more than you......oh yeah, ours is $31.75 yikes!

I find focusing on turning my job into something I have a passion for works and makes sense. We MAG's have a thin line to walk. Meeting family obligations ($$) while at the same time staying sane. If we can't spend at least part of our day doing something we have passion for we'll go nuts.
